I’m new to this site and forum, but it seems like yesterday that I was in the same situation as many of you.
I’m currently a 2nd year at an MD program, and would be happy to help if I’m able. My journey, as Gerry Garcia put, was a “long, strange trip.” I have both good and bad things to say about med school AND trying to get through it when you’re 15+ years older than everyone else.
Well, just wanted to say hello, introduce myself, and wish everyone the best of luck!
trader56 - So where does one find the courage to start medical school in their mid-forties? I think that is remarkable!
Please, tell us your story. I'll hopefully be in the same situation in a few years. Thanks!.
Welcome! Thanks for the offer to help. We would love to hear your story.
