For the activities portion of the AMCAS application, what should we put as the contact name for something where the contact is probably no longer there? For instance, I played a competitive club sport throughout college that demanded 10+ hours per week and regional travel, but obviously those involved when I was in school are no longer there. Is it okay to leave the contact information blank in an instance like this? Thanks 
You don’t have to put down a contact name. Put down as much information that you have but if you don’t have the contact name, you don’t really have to worry about it (unless its a shadowing or research experience…but then again - you should know the contact since that is pretty recent).
