AMCAS Work and Activities Question: Is it reasonable to include a course I took in undergrad that primarily involved shadowing physicians?

I have read in the past that you should not include “research or projects for which you received course credit”. However, a course I took as a senior in undergrad, titled Clinical Neuro in Practice, involved 60+ hours of direct physician shadowing and OR time. I would really like to have it as an entry in my work and activities section, but I received a letter grade and credit for the course. Is it a bad idea to include it in this section?
