Do medical schools frown upon graduating in over 4 years in college (basicaly 5 years since I transferred once and spend a year at a university abroad)?
If that is all of the skeletons in your closet - I certainly would not waste energy worrying over it!

oh heck no especially with the experience abroad - that’s the sort of enriching and interesting stuff that you should definitely be able to talk about. Basically if it broadened your horizons and contributed something to your education, it’s valuable.
