I certainly won’t try to add to the wonderful advice already given, but I want to take the time to wish everyone applying the best, and remember, take it deliberately and don’t stress out too much.

OMD, In following your advice to read everything possible about the application/admissions process, I ran into this older (read non-trad?) thread, and am still chuckling over your description of who might be chosen to chair premed committees. Thanks for the laugh. It is a visual I will carry with me into many meetings. I had a less than positive interaction with a bio chair not too long ago, and then I felt better after I remembered that here was an opinion from a man who had devoted 40 years of his life to jellyfish! Onward!
