Only three required clerkships (Gyn, Pediatrics, and Surgery) and three “required electives” remain. It’s just 16 months now till the MD. I’m shopping around different cities for my residency, getting pretty damn excited.

Congrats! It’s a great feeling to be rounding the corner (4.75 months for me). Residency interviewing is a great, albeit slightly stressful, time. Enjoy it all as it’s coming together!

Currently in 4-week pediatric rotation. I did my first lumbar puncture yesterday on a 5 month old who had an atypical febrile seizure.
