Hello all! I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I’m a 31 year old furniture designer currently exploring the possibility of pursuing a career in medicine. I’m planning to start taking prereqs in the spring at UH, but for now, I’m getting certified as an EMT and reading lots of books planning for a medical career. I’ll be using the EMT cert to get some hands-on experience while I’m doing “career research.” Anyone else in the Houston area?
