I am a non-trad looking to start prepping for the MCAT. I took most of my pre-reqs 5 years ago as a Biochem major. Does anyone who was a few years removed from their pre-reqs have any recommendations for which content review materials they used for MCAT prep?

Kaplan + UWORLD will give you plenty to work with. You are not far off, you just need to do a lot of content review. I have been out of Undergrad Biochem for 11 yrs and Chad videos helped me to juggle up most of my memories. Best of luck.
