Previous Work Experience Hours

Hello everyone! Quick background I am 29 years old and have been a Firefighter/ Paramedic for almost 10 years full-time. My question is this when I enter my patient care experience/ relevant work experience for the application next year, how do I calculate those hours? I guess I could technically take 10 years at the “average” 2880 hours per year for full-time, but I don’t want to seem like I am “fudging” hours with 28,800 hours from the above calculation. Thank you for your time and have a great day!

I had the same issue with calculating mine as I’m an xray tech with 5 years experience full time. The way I broke this down was with my various jobs. So I was a mammography coordinator for 1.5 years (subtracted those hours for a separate category) and was a clinical instructor and separated those hours out too. So instead of just saying I was an xray tech for 5 years, I had a few other gigs within that. But what’s key is making sure they all add up to the ~28,000 hours
