When I finish medical school and start my residency I will be in my late 30s and early 40s. Just wondering about those of you who have gone through this experience and do you feel supported and taken seriously in that role at that age? And is how do you keep energy levels up on those long hours? And what about the people in your life? Do they understand or do they think your crazy for going for this so late in life?
