I agree…you need some clinical time under your belt to do well for Step II. Minimal info from medical science classes on II, mostly all clinical stuff. So don’t worry about the year off for MPH.
I used Q-book and USMLE SEcrets for Step II only and did VERY WELL on USMLE & COMLEX
