Academic Rigor when planning courses

Hi All!

I am currently finishing out my Bachelor’s program. I am getting my BA in Human Services, a second Associate’s in Science Health Services, and minoring in Biology. From the research I have done, I am aware that post bacc programs (which I plan to do after my BA), and medical schools like to see academic rigor. I am currently taking two courses at a time, most of them at the 350 level or higher although for the associate’s, some are lower level science courses. Are two courses enough to show academic rigor? I want to make sure I do well in my courses, and my advisor recommended two at a time. Most of the upper level courses for my BA are heavily writing intensive. Thoughts?

Thanks all!
