I will preface this post by saying, I plan on applying to DO schools, not because of my stats but because I really love the mission and learning techniques DOs have after medical school. I have a cGPA of 2.88, BCP of 3.31 and my MCAT score is 504. I have a strong upward trend after starting out with a cGPA of 2.19 with 114 credit hours at community college. Since then I have a cGPA of 3.67 with 98 credit hours, while graduating from the University of Florida. I have been working as an EMT to help with clinical experience as well. Trying to figure out if I need to retake MCAT to help my stats or if I should just apply in 2022? Any help would be much appreciated, thank you!!
