I did a search for “AMSA” and it returned no posts, so I hope this isn’t duplicative.
What are opinions on going to AMSA conference in DC in March/April? Is it beneficial? Pros/cons of becoming a member of AMSA as a nontrad?
Any impressions welcome. Early registration ends in a week so I hope to register soon based on recommendations, but I’m also studying for the MCAT (April 23) so wondering how this would rank in priority. I live in the area so I wouldn’t be traveling.
The big AMSA conference probably isn’t for you, especially with everything else that comes first - like studying for the MCAT.
