take a look at the academy of each specialty (links on ERAS and FREDIA I think). Besides none of these being offered Nevada, they are highly competitive specialties. In 2010 there were 656 1st year ortho positions with 7955 US allopathic seniors ranked for them of a total of 8655 (the overage are DO, IMG, etc).
