Almost 7 years ago I received a disciplinary action at one of my previous colleges. I only did 2 semesters at that college. I was asked to leave the college for one semester and after I left, I transferred to a different one that was closer to home and family where I completed the rest of my degree. My plan is to apply to Med School in the 2023 cycle and the school said that after 7 years any record of the action is removed from their records so they won’t show anywhere that I had the action. When I am applying to Med Schools do I need to put on my applications that I had the action even though the school will have no record of it?
