Good morning Pam, my hope is your now a 2nd yr & enjoying your family. I’m considering applying this year; my plan is to take the August, 2004 MCAT. I took Pathophysiology Spring, 2004 at UHCL…got a B- though (not happy but it will due). I also plan to take another class this Fall. I have to agree with you, Baylor seems like the a “no-brainer” but the undergrad grades were average, so I will apply to both UT Houston & Baylor. One burning question, does either Baylor or UT allow students to do the 1st yr in 2 yrs? Drop me a line when you get a chance. Take care & CONGRATULATIONS on completing your 1st yr!

Baylor does not allow you to expand 1st year to two years. They do allow you to take a year off between 2nd/3rd or 3rd/4th for other interests.
