Hi, do you still have any of these books for sale? If so, what is the publish year for the Kaplan Comlex books and how much are you selling them for?

Kaplan material is copywrited and thus cannot be legally sold.

I don’t think they were asking for photocopied copies. I really don’t think this applies to the reselling of books. If that was the case, all of the big booksellers like Amazon and Barnes and Noble would be breaking the law by having used books for sale(not to mention universities that do big business with used books).

Kaplan books provided as part of a Kaplan course generally cannot be resold, according to the agreement you sign when you take the course. If such is the case, please do not sell such a book through OldPreMeds. Copyright license agreeements are wild and wooly things and can bite you.

If you bought a book published by Kaplan from a bookstore or other vendor, clearly you have made no such agreement. In that case, carry on as you were and have a great week!

I wasn’t aware of that. Thanks for clearing that up.
