Tim, this is really tough - even if you were anticipating (dreading) this news, actually getting it is a body blow. I agree that gearing up for this next part of your life requires your full attention right now. It will not always be that way for you - even though now it’s hard to see that far ahead. I see this time spent devoted to your treatment and recovery as an investment for your future. I am sure you will do well and you WILL be able to take a longer-range perspective.
