Did anyone use any prep material such as precalc or calc for idiots or something? I’ll be taking calc in Fall and need a good review. 
There’s this book called “Forgotten Calculus.” I’ve used the the “Forgotten Algebra” from the same series and really liked it.

Calculus should be banned from the face of this Earth. Ditto for PreCalculus. I just finished PreCalc, and if it helps, here’s the link to my textbook. My textbook is entirely online–so glad I paid $125 or so for the textbook and solutions manual.
