Case Study time - this one is Neuro

An 8 yr old boy is seen by a Neurologist because of right sided facial weakness and medial strabismus of the R eye. Exam revealed slight weakness of muscles of left upper and lower limbs. MRI revealed a tumor at the PONS.
all are true except:
1) right unilateral weakness is due to destruction of the right facial nucleus by the tumor.
2) Medial Strabismus is due to paralysis of the right lateral rectus muscle
3) R lateral rectus muscle is innervated by the abducent N, and the expanding tumor is pressing on the abducent n nucleus on that side
4) weakness of the muscles of the upper and lower limbs is due to the involvement of he corticospinal fibers as they pass down thru the Pons.
5) the majorty of the Corticospinal fibers cross at the midline at the decussation of the pyramids in the medulla so that the CS fibers are involved in this pt.
