Categorizing Leadership Experience

Hi everyone! I want to highlight my leadership experience in two different positions but I don’t want it to come across like I’m trying to stretch my experiences. For example, I work in clinical research now and part of my job is training/managing our student volunteers. Should I break my job up into Leadership and Research? The other example was in a non-clinical paid position, I was a mentor for new employees and helped with training. Should I break those up?

Sure break it up if you want to. It’s asking for experiences not job descriptions, remember that this isn’t a regular CV.

As a non-trad, I hold jobs for years and years, it would be a waste to just list the job description and not a couple of experiences that I had while holding that job. It’s not the job that matters but the experiences in the job that highlight leadership.
