Chances of medical admission for F1 Student with US undergrad degree

Hi All,

I have been living in US for the past 10 years on H4 dependent visa( am kid to H1B parent) and currently pursuing my UG degree from US college. I have 3.8 GPA and yet to take MCAT. Would like to check whether the medical admission process is similar to citizens/permanent residence? If so, what could be my chances?
