anyone have recommendations for a good dental insurance program that allows for relatively good flexibility in choosing a dentist?

I have been using Dominion Dental Services,Inc. for a while and they seem pretty good. I’m not sure if they are just in Virginia or if they are nationwide. They have a toll free number - 1-888-518-5338. They have the usual annual fee and then different copays depending on the services.
