I hope all is well :). I just have an issue that I need some guidance on. So I got into this lab in my university that is basically doing research on neurogenerative diseases using stem cells. However, before I got into this lab, I applied to a research program at my school because it was also stem cell focused paired with 3-D printing. However, I did not realize that when I applied for the program that the main PI is head of a department for my university’s dental school. I was going to originally do both because the program I applied for would only be for the semester so I thought I could handle it. But my question is, would it look bad for a pre-med to do dental research? Would it make it look like I want to be a dentist when I really don’t? Please let me know what you guys think
