Hi! question- my freshman year of college I received an MIP- I mistakenly had a drink in my hand while at an off campus football tailgate event- I completed community service, paid a fine and the MIP was dismissed in 2017. I have since graduated from the honors program summa cum laude and have grown/moved on from the experience.
My question is do I have to report it on the amcas
application? I wasn’t convicted- I was charged and the charge was dismissed. I know for the higher level hospital background checks it would show up , even if it was expunged. I don’t want to seem like I’m hiding something if I mark “no”, but I also wasn’t convicted- I’m assuming a lawyer is the best source of advice for this problem?
