A guy tries to explain to Verizon Wireless the difference between 0.002 DOLLARS and 0.002 CENTS. They quoted him in cents and charged him in dollars, and then they argue with him! It’s great!!

I’ve laughed about it all day. I personally loved where he had her multiply some number by 100. And you could hear her clicking on her calculator!!!
