I have just received notification that there was a Line of Duty Death
in Old Bridge Twp. this evening.
Jim Dodridge, EMT with Old Bridge First Aid Squad (Red & White), was
struck by a vehicle at high speed while attending to a victim of a
pedestrian vs. auto incident. EMT Dodridge subsequently died.
Details on funeral arrangements are forthcoming. It is rare for a
member of the EMS family to die in the line of duty, and our deepest
sympathies go out to the family of Jim and the Rescue Squad.
