How long is an appropriate time to wait for feedback before a gentle reminder? I’ve been in touch with a physician’s office about shadowing, discussed scheduling, and I haven’t heard back from them in about 2 weeks. I expect that it’s been a good enough amount of time for me to follow up and express continued interest, but I don’t want to be pushy.

My 2 cents: go ahead and call them back. Isnt there some 72hr rule?..maybe that is just for dating 
I would give them a good solid two weeks before getting back.

Two weeks sounds about right.
