You know you’re on the right track when you ask a question in General Bio, and the professor looks at you, shakes her head, and says, “see me after class.”
Uh-oh. Have I asked something so ridiculous that she doesn’t even want to waste class time on it?
Nope. Turns out, I see her after class, and she says, “I’ll answer your question… I just didn’t want to confuse everyone else in class. Your brain is thinking too fast. This isn’t biochemistry… this is Bio ONE… why in the world are you taking this class if you already have questions like those???”
