I’ve been trying to Google this forever. Are there certain medical schools that are better in different specialties? Not just primary care vs research but like Radiology vs Anesthesiology vs cardiology etc…
There is no easy answer for this question. However, if you have medical schools in mind that you are considering applying to, you can look at their match lists for the past several years to see the trends that they have.
