can someone point me to a website that explains the physiology behind heart murmurs? i have never been able to memorize them and i think i could help things stick by understanding the mechanisms behind them.

Actually, it’s not a website but a chart that I made during second year. Our cardiac pathophys instructors were phenomenal. Anyone can have it but I have no idea how to post it, so I figured I could e-mail it to her. If you can tell me where/how to post it, I’d be more than happy to.
