I just wanted to introduce myself real quick. I have been regularly reading posts on OPM for a few weeks now and I am truly overjoyed to have found this invaluable resource. I just turned 30 this year and have been serving in the Air Force for a little over 7 years. I came in at 23 with the sole intention of going to medical school having only 3 semesters of college at that time. I have been very fortunate this admission cycle, despite a less than stellar MCAT, and I am proud to say that I will be an MS1 in August! Like many of you, this is a dream come true for me and I look forward to getting to know all of you as we share and learn from each other!
