How do they calculate the Lab Grade into the course grade?

I will be taking Chemistry and Bio (4 credits each includes lab) and they both have labs. Does anyone know how the grades are calculated together?


e.g. “A” in Lab and “B” in Lecture = ?

It depends on whether the lab is included in the 4 credits. If it is, your syllabus should specify the percentage of the total points the lab portion is worth. At the end, it will add into the total points for the class. If the lab is a separate class, it has its own break-up of points and its own separate grade.
