How to cope with post-interview syndrome

Having attended 2 interviews a week ago, waiting for a decision is by far the hardest part of application. How do you all cope with this post-interview distress syndrome?

When you figure it out tell me…

Just want an acceptance so I can stop worrying.

I have two in 5 days next week and then a test.

I don’t cope. I just keep getting crazier and crazier.

I had a friend who had a Mourvedre he adored . . . I think he said the only way to describe the experience was "like making love in an old leather chair".

Add some chocolate, and it sounds like you have a winner to me.

If the interview went badly, then perhaps a bottle of Mad Dog 20/20 best drunk from a bottle in a brown paper bag while under a bench in the Bowery.

Keep yourself busy. It’s human nature to go over the interview again and again and replay the questions and think of how you could have answered them better. But, truth is that most interviewers are just trying to get a feel for you. If you were comfortable with your chances prior to the interview, odds are that you can probably still feel comfortable with them now.
