Does anyone have advice on how to tackle the IM shelf exam? We’ve only got to hit the 5th percentile but this exam is made out to be a real
bear. What’s the real word on this thing?
I’ve been told Pre-Test Medicine is too easy, QBank IM is too hard with MKSAP being just right?
From those who’ve been through shelf exams, what’s the truth?
It has been too many years since I tackled any of the SHELF exams. However, since the IM folks write both the MKSAP & the SHELF (please correct me if I am wrong), I would use that strategy to study.
