looking for histology slides

does anybody know of a good site on the internet with a good number of quality histology slides that i can use to test myself? i'm also curious if anyone out there would be interested in doing a testbank swap - i have two testbanks that are fairly good - i would love to burn some copies in exchange for whatever slides someone else has…
thanks,
kelly

Once upon a time, when I was writing a research paper on osteoarthritis, I included some histo slides that came from a doctor at Mayo who gave me her permission to use 'em. As I recall, they were initially set up as a multiple choice quiz on her site…let me know if that's the sort of thing you're looking for and I'll dig it up. They were all bone and cartilage related.

Hi, Kelly. You may already know about this one, but here’s the URL anyway:

Good luck!

This ( http://www.lab.anhb.uwa.edu.au/mb140/ ) is one of my favorites. Some of the terms are a bit different than what we use in the states (it’s an Australian site), but it’s got some great quizzes.
Just do a google search for “histology quiz” and you should find several. The ones at University of Florida ( http://www.medinfo.ufl.edu/year1/histo/ ) are also nice.

try this one:

This is one of my favorites: http://medlib.med.utah.edu/WebPath/webpath.html. WebPath is an OUTSTANDING site.
Also, try http://www.pathguy.com/histo/000.htm. Also on the www.pathguy.com site is a 'Why I Hate Histology" satire.
I can now, with great glee, say that my microscope days are numbered! From this point on, we have no more labs requiring a microscope. Yeah!
Take care,
Jeff

This is not quite what you asked for, but Wheater's Histology Atlas comes with a great CD of most (maybe all) of the images in the text. I have used it quite a bit.
Good luck!
