I did an SMP and failed 2 courses . I retook one class and the other I couldn’t because of my finances. I made A’s and B’s in the other courses. My cgpa and sGPA is barely 3.0 so I am planning on enrolling in a diy postbacc. My current MCAT is pretty low and I am planning in retaking it this summer.
Do you think I even have a chance of being accepted into Med school? I feel like I’ve dug my own grave at this point and there’s no coming back. I’ve looked into every possible way I could potentially be accepted into Med school. It’s increasing my gpa/MCAT, applying to another SMP with GUARENTEED acceptance(VCOM), or doing an ABSN program and applying in the next two years.
