Dr. Flowers was THE authority on MCAP prep in the 1990s and into the early 2000s. Things evolved and Examkrackers now seems to be the preferred choice of premeds (those are the materials my students have used for the past 10 years). Dr. Flowers now has a website and provides resources for MCAT prep. If OPMers have used his materials perhaps you could weigh in and let others know if you found them helpful? I’m sure OPMers would be interested in knowing if the Flowers materials were helpful and/or if they would recommend them over Examkrackers.
