I was wondering if anyone has advice on how to approach the significant research experience essay for MD-PhD applications. Should it be more like the personal statement and tell a story or should you list out and describe each research experience? Also, how in depth should the descriptions be, the character limit is 10,000 character which seems quite large for the prompt that’s given.
