There is a conference in Minneapolis tomorrow that I would like to attend primarily because of the keynote speaker (whom is a relative of a friend of mine).
Other non-medical professionals are invited but it is specifically aimed at the FM practice group.
Is it “weird” to have non-medical people at these?
Even stranger, if I am pre-med?
I guess I’m looking at perception questions, and looking for some insight to how you MDs really view this.
Thanks!
Hope
I can’t see any objection to your attending and listening to the presentation. Your presence doesn’t change the educational quality of the presentation for the audience to whom it’s targeted. Enjoy it!
