Hi all,
I’m just wondering if any of you out there are going through the pre-med/med school process and have spouses who are either at some point in the process or are physicians. My husband is a PGY-2 internal medicine. I’m working on pre-reqs hoping to take MCAT in 2012. He is supportive of my desire to change careers and ultimately wants me to follow my dream but at the same time is at the end of a long journey himself. So its a lot to ask for him to essentially go through this again when I do it. Is any one out there in a similar situation?
My wife is nine months into CRNA school. At the University of Kansas, this is a three year school. She is totally supportive of me wanting to change careers and also has an idea of the struggles of Med. School.
