Looking forward to my first year of medical school this July 2010, however, I’m really hoping to keep my wife at home or limited/part-time employment so she can be there for our 2 daughters ages 4 and 7. Has anyone gone through this successfully and maintained their family?
Hey, Eric. This is definitely possible as I know of 2 people in my class doing exactly that. Things will be very tight, but it is doable.
