Hi I am new to Old premed.
I am planning to go to med school at 40. I am a registered nurse (BSN)and has been for past 10 yr in CVRR/CVICU. If any of you could please give me some feedback on the best places to take the remaining prereqs I need for med school. I have completed most of my prequest at community college with A and B’s. I need to know is it necessary to complete the remaining prereqs at 4 yr University and why. What I have left to take is phy 1 and 2, organic 2 and bio 2. I did get some feedback from a Dr that has been a phy for maybe 3 yrs now, had a criminal justice degree and took some prereqs at the CCollege. He told me that it didn’t really matter, just try and attain a great score on the mcat. I need more feedback.
