Non-required Transcripts

(Yes, I’m feeling later by the day - almost done perfecting it all)

During my initial undergrad, I studied abroad through my US university. I earned credit for the coursework, but the grades did not transfer over.

In this circumstance, AMCAS does not require that my foreign institution send a transcript.

However - my grades there were actually pretty good. If I had a transcript sent, would I be able to get AMCAS to consider those grades? Or is there no way to get them to count, because my US University did not count them?

Thanks .

I don’t think AMCAS wants to count them; that’s why they don’t require the transcript. You could try to ask AMCAS but I would say your efforts are better sent getting that sucker sent in now!!!
