I am a Nurse Practitioner, mother and wife. I need to complete chemistry, organic chemistry, physics and biology. Which two can I take together, or should I take them one at a time. My science classes are too old, I graduated 20 years ago.
Welcome Jazzy!
Usually, the sequence is:
Gen. Chem & Biology ( plus labs)
OChem & Phys (plus labs)
Some universities have labs separate from lecture. Therefore, labs can be taken as a separate class.
Other options include:
- taking lecture and lab separate from each other
- taking Gen. Chem, Biology, and Phys (depends on time and comfort level)
- taking one class a semester to ease into coursework and achieve an “A”
Good luck on the journey!
