Primary Application Processing

Hi All - I hope all is well.

I was wondering if anyone knew if med school process your primary application if you still have remaining pre-recs when you apply. I am currently looking to apply this upcoming cycle and will be taking my last two pre-recs in the summer. I am planning on submitting my application in June, however, my summer classes don’t end until September and so I am worried that med schools won’t process my application until my summer grades are in (very late in the cycle). If anyone has any insight/clarification please let me know. Thanks!

As far as I have heard on the podcast that Dr. Gray does, it seems like they will still process your application and it should be sent out the medical schools that you chose a month after you submit the application. This should be regardless of the prerequisite classes that you still have to take or are finishing up.
