RN to MD track for SUCCESS

Hello everyone,
I enjoy your videos Dr. Gray, I’ve throughly enjoyed the knowledge of this forum.

I haven’t see anyone address my question but if so I apologize and please redirect me to the answer.

My question to everyone is what is the most time efficient pathway to MD in my situation while keeping myself a competitive applicant?

For context, hello I’m 20, currently enrolled and soon will finish my ADN program and have been working in the ER for 2 years now. A series of events made me choose an associates (unrelated to my question) but my passions have my eyes set on one thing only, MD
Cumulative GPA of 3.867 with science gpa of 3.902 (keep in mind no premed courses yet)
Already shadowing/volunteering but that will be ongoing
My current plan is to complete an RN to BSN program and then complete a “DIY postbacc”-just the required courses I need for most medical schools.
