if any of you remember from the old listserve - my nephew became an Eagle Scout this past spring -
Newly minted local Eagle scouts carry the large banners for the special award floats at the Rose Parade each year, and this year Krister will be carrying the banner for the President’s Float on New Year’s day.
we don’t know if he would be on the north or south side, but you can still think of him when it goes by.
The cameras are at the head of the parade route - it goes on for another 5.5 miles after that . As a reward, all the Eagles from the parade go to watch the Rose Bowl game in the afternoon
