I got the notice this morning and filled it right out. Hurray for MCW for not having more essays to do!
Now I just have to check the status of my letter file on campus and send those babies out and send off the residency status form and decide whether to send a picture, which is optional.

What school is MCW?
Medical College of Wisconsin, right here in Milwaukee. I’m doing early decision, a risky move but one I think is right for me. MCW, unlike many or most schools, does not have higher standards for ED than for regular admissions, and does rolling admissions.
